Bright apartment with beautiful Georgian windows, newly renovated, very central. Furnished with essentials but plenty of room for you to add little features to make the space your own. The flat is on the second floor, there are stairs and no lift to the flat. It's in a very central Marylebone location - you're about 3 minutes walk from Baker Street and Marylebone station. But easy to escape to greenery and peace as Regent's Park nearby for a morning run. Countless coffee spots, bars and restaurants at your doorstep - Marylebone High Street is one of my favourites. The flat has a washing machine and drying rack. I'm starting a DPhil at Oxford so I'm looking to allow someone else to enjoy my lovely flat while I'm away! All bills are included. I'm happy to negotiate on the dates of move in/out, I'm flexible on this. The other people in the flat tend to keep to themselves, quiet but friendly. I'd be looking for someone that will keep the quiet too, no loud parties/music etc. ____ I should also say that there is some renovation work going on in the flat above me and so there may be noise intermittently but only between hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturday.

Spacious Room in Lewisham Short Term Let

Hello everyone!! We have a double room available in our lovely maisonette flat in Lewisham. The flat itself has large windows throughout, so it’s bright and full of natural light. There’s also a large lounge, separate kitchen and balcony. The flat is across 2 floors, and is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. The building has no lift. There are three bedrooms upstairs, Charlotte in one, and me and my partner Daniel in another. All three of us are Artists/Creatives and do various jobs outside of that. We enjoy chatting, and occasionally hosting friends, but we also respect each other’s space and quiet time. The flat has a friendly and relaxed vibe. The room comes with a double bed, desk, large chest of drawers and clothes rail. We are ideally looking for someone to sublet for this summer, there is some flexibility so let us know about your situation. There also could be some potential for the sublet to extend but we won’t know until closer to the time, so can’t promise this. Location wise we are a 10 min walk from Lewisham Centre, with plenty of shops, cafés, and a big market. Elverson Road DLR is just 2 mins from the flat and Lewisham train station is a 7 min walk - with frequent trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria. In the other direction it’s a 20 min walk to both Greenwich and Deptford. And Brockley Market is a 15 min walk away every Saturday! The flat itself is a maisonette, on the upper level, situated in an 80’s housing estate. The area is very peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbours. We’re ideally looking for someone who can move in asap but we can be flexible with dates.

I receive too many queries from people who do not read the listing or pay attention to the dates. Thank you!) Wake up to the view of the Manhattan skyline and end your days with the most gorgeous sunsets with Manhattan as a backdrop. Gorgeous 1-bedroom, with top-of-the-line finishes, Bosch appliances, dishwasher, soaking tub, Nest thermostat, electronic door lock, and washer/dryer in unit. Great work-from-home set-up with Herman Miller chair, adjustable height/standing Uplift desk, and monitor/laptop arms. Building was built in 2021, with doorman, elevator, package room, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool table, gym. Everything still feels like new! The view!!! It'll blow your breath away and you won't be able to stop admiring it. The convenience of just taking an elevator down to go swimming before work or enjoy a hot tub/sauna/steam room after a hard day's work. Everything you need is nearby - Trader Joe's 3 min away, Target literally across the street. Starbucks, Chipotle, Wells Fargo etc. all less than 3 min away. Lots of bubble tea shops and restaurants, too. Lovely waterfront is a 17-min walk away if you like parks or ferry. Keep in mind: 1) Shorter timeframes than a month are available, just please double-check my listed availability. 10 days is the minimum length of stay (around Christmas/NYE, minimum is 2 weeks). 2) Move-out cleaning fee will be charged, depending on the condition of the apartment. 3) This is my home, not an airbnb, that I'm very proud of and particularly careful about - so my biggest priority is not filling it every time I'm away, but rather finding respectful, tidy, clean guests who will treat it like their own - and with the same utmost care and respect I treat it with.
