If you have a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN), your payouts will be sent directly to your bank account — with no additional fees. We partner with Stripe to securely process and store your payout information. Your guest will pay rent to you directly using a payment method you both agree upon. For U.S. bookings, Ohana recommends using Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer. For listings outside the U.S. (for example, in London, UK), Ohana recommends bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise for secure international payments. Ohana will hold the security deposit for the duration of the lease, and the guest will pay the first month’s rent directly to you upon a successful move-in.
