Co-ed University & Young Professionals Outside Manhattan - Bedroom 2
-If you MUST be. Physically be in Manhattan daily for work, there is a regular bus every weekday but it only makes a few trips so your options are limited in terms of cheap transportation. Last bus back is at 6. But the transit is between the Port Authority/ less than an hour. -Obviously I have a washer and dryer. -That pool and hot tub I run year round. -Cold plunge too. I don't have picture of it with the cooler on it but it can maintain 37F in the dead of summer. -As far as the co-ed part it depends who ends up here first right now Im in a bad place since losing access to my kids in cour so its just been me for two years but I think itd be good to have some roomates if they are the right kind of people. You'll notice an extensive library and vintage record collection all high end stereo equipment from the 70s. Great sound in that back sunroom. Where was I though, if a female ends up here first and take the downstairs (Im upstairs) so we had e seperate bathrooms, and expresses a desire to keep the first floor female, im gonna run with that. But the room upstairs is bigger. Similarly, some of the rooms have multiple beds. We can work out a deal if moving in with a friend to reduce cost if you split the room I won't put you with someone you dont know unless you truly dont care. -Um plenty of parking. -There may be construction from time to time but not in the rooms. -If you know how to drive you can be on 95th street in 50 minutes I worked on the UWS for years and commuted with a company car. -Oh yeah last but not least, you can have friends over that pool can accommodate like 50 people its 40 foot long why not use it. -This is for people that ok your not married yet and leaving the city but you're not so obsessed with it that you have to be there. You probably have a couch you can sleep on if you go out. Or with all the money you'll save by staying here just get a hotel when you go out. -Oh yeah if you miss that 6pm bus your not stuck to just have to take the train from Penn Station, then to Seacaucus, and transfer to Waldwick or a few of the other neighboring towns we dont actually have a train station in Franklin Lakes. You could go to Ridgewood thats very close. Then its like an Uber/Lyft up the block.
