You’ll be just a five-minute walk from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Pickleball courts, and a subway line, making it super easy to get around the city. The apartment is fully furnished with all brand-new furniture, so you can move in with minimal hassle. The room will be available for a sublet starting mid to late November, with flexibility around the exact move-in date. Ideally looking for someone to stay for around a year, but the move-out date is flexible too! A little about the roommates: my roommates and I recently moved to NYC from Michigan, where we all went to grad school together. They both work in tech, with one working hybrid and the other fully remote. We’re definitely a social household and love hanging out, exploring the city, and hosting friends every now and then. They love checking out new restaurants and cafes, one is really into the gym, and the other loves running and going to CorePower right next to the apartment. They both DJ and are big reality TV fans, so there’s always something fun going on. We’re ideally looking for someone who is friendly, easygoing, and social, and who would enjoy having a home that feels welcoming and comfortable!
