The room is very spacious and can be set up as either a single or a double. You do have to walk through the master bedroom to get into the room. The bathroom is very large with lots of storage and two closets, and is shared with 2 other people. The house has a very nice kitchen, washer and dryer, and garage storage. The room will be furnished with either one or two beds depending on if it is a single or double, and also includes a desk and dresser. Any furniture you do not want can be stored in the garage. Girls only!
