Pace University - New York Sublets

Large, decorated 1BR in Lenox Hill for sublease this winter

Beautiful and Large 1BR in UES Luxury Elevator building. Doorman building, but NO PETS- sorry, landlord doesn’t allow in the unit. Dishwasher in unit King sized bedroom with queen bed WFH area in the living room Huge and well kept laundry facilities in the basement. No smokers L ooking for a quiet, responsible couple or single person. This apt is my happy place and home of many years, so looking for someone to care for it as such while I leave to have my baby and get family support at home! The owner of the unit will need to approve you, but nothing crazy, just a paper app. If there is an app fee, I will cover it.
