I have availability in my apartment located at 28 Clyde Street (2 mins walk away from cal train, muni, across the street from 45,30,31,15 bus line). The most convenient location for anyone commuting to the Bay area, UCSF Mission Bay, FiDi, China town, Ferry Building, Downtown area, SoMa. 3-5 mins away from top VC firms (SPC, a16z, Menlo Ventures, Tokyo Ventures etc). Walgreens, Safeway is across the street. Whole foods 15 mins walk away. Trader Joe's/target/AMC 10 mins bus ride away (bus stop across the street). The apartment is tucked away from street noise and located on the 3rd floor (walkup). I am looking for women in their late 20s to early 30s, who is clean and can pay rent on time. This apartment is not a party house and people staying prefer quiet individuals. It is a 3 bed 1 bath apartment. The common spaces are hardwood but rooms are carpeted. We have free private laundry (washer/dryer) located in the basement. The common area is furnished with tables, couches, futon. Dishwasher, microwave are there. The living room also gets direct sunlight. This is the medium size room. Move in: October 1st 2026. The room (comes fully furnished with bed frame, mattress, fan, standing table, chair, curtain, blinders)+ closet. This room gets sunlight in the morning as well as in the evening because of two windows. Electricity and gas together is dependent on usage. Wifi is split by three people. There is central heating and cooling but no AC or heater in any of the rooms and has not been required either. San Francisco weather is pretty much constant (but on the chiller/cooler side). Everyone shares one bathroom and so it's expected that folks moving in will be considerate, clean and nice to one another. One of the roommate is a UCSF phd student. The other roommate is a recent graduate from CMU, working at a startup. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment and there is no parking directly in front of the apartment. However street parking is there. This apartment is not rent controlled. Although it is high, for this location and given the current SF housing market price, it is relatively still low. Security deposit is required prior to moving in. And first month's rent is required on the date of moving in. I hope I have covered most of the information. I am looking for three women in their mid-late 20s or early 30s (professional people who will keep the apartment in a good condition). This is a an excellent location for anyone who commutes for work in the area or enjoys attending SF's many events. All are within 1 bus or walking distance commute. And the rent for this area, given the amenities is a great deal! I can do month to month but ideally would like to do a long term (minimum of 6 months) for each room.
