Sublets in Toronto

Finding housing in Toronto can be difficult, especially on a tight timeline. Ohana helps you find real, flexible options like a furnished apartment, a short term sublet, or a monthly sublease across Downtown Toronto, the Waterfront, King West, Queen West, The Annex, and Liberty Village, with options that extend to North York and Mississauga. Whether you need a studio, a one bedroom, a two bedroom, or rooms for rent in a shared apartment, you can compare neighborhoods, commute times, and the practical details that affect everyday life.

Ohana is built around sublets from real people. You will find furnished Toronto sublets and subleases from students near the University of Toronto, TMU, York University, and George Brown, as well as employees leaving the city for a new job, travel, or a temporary move. You will also find furnished units offered by experienced property managers who keep move in ready apartments. Listings focus on what renters care about, like furniture, Wi Fi, laundry, elevator access, utilities, pets, and clear move in and move out dates.

Guests and hosts meet on a quick intro call for a virtual tour, so you can see the apartment live, ask questions, and confirm the details before booking. The process is designed to be straightforward and safe: hosts are not paid until guests move in successfully, and Ohana returns deposits within 7 days of move out, upon confirming the apartment is left in good condition.
