This newly renovated studio is tiny but comes fully equipped with everything you will need for a short stay in NYC. Featuring a twin size loft bed, small sofa, kitchenette with induction cooktop, full size fridge, microwave, closet, dresser, mirror, and accessories, the apartment comes fully furnished and move in ready with linens, cookware, and the price includes all utilities and wifi. The apartment is private, with its own lock, but the bathroom is shared with other neighbors on the floor. There are 3 bathrooms that are shared by 12-14 tenants. The bathrooms are maintained clean by our staff who cleans them regularly at least 2 times a week and as needed if they need extra attention. The apartment is on the 5th floor. The building has an elevator. There is a laundry room in the basement which you pay for usage separately. The location is unbeatable, 1.5 blocks from the entrance to the 96th st 1/2/3 subway, and steps away from Riverside park. You can reach Times Square in 10 minutes. it's a quiet and very safe block where you hear birds chirping and there is a kindergarten next door.
