Homey 2 Bed/2 Bath Apartment near Stevens Institute and PATH to NYC. Move in Date: 9/1/2026 Lease term: 1 year I am an incoming grad student in the MFE program at Stevens Inst. and new to Hoboken! I have a 2-bed, 2-bath at 406 Jefferson St., and I am looking for a roommate. Apartment features: Second bedroom: Large bedroom with a closet, can fit a full/queen bed and a desk, window providing lots of light. Unfurnished. Bathroom: not en-suite but directly across from the bedroom and not to be shared (except it is the default bathroom for any visitors). Shower, bath and lots of medicine cabinet space. Open-concept kitchen + living room and dining area. Full-sized dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and lots of cabinet space. Main area has space for a small dining table in addition to a couch/tv area. Balcony off the living room. Lots of closet space throughout. Central heat and AC. Building amenities: Elevator access, Laundry on each floor of bldg, On-site gym / fitness center Location: Quiet residential neighborhood, near grocery store 20 minute walk to PATH station for a quick commute to NYC 20 minute walk to Stevens Institute of Technology, great for Stevens students like me! Hi! I’m Adil, and I’m new to Hoboken starting my MS in Financial Engineering (MFE) at Stevens this term. I’m easygoing, friendly, and pretty low-key day-to-day. Outside of studying, I’m a huge music lover and have been playing piano for most of my life—mainly jazz and classical. (No full-sized grand moving in, don't worry! I keep my keyboard in my room and stick to low volume/headphones). I’m also a big fan of chess, mostly on-line games. My personal space might not be so neat but I like clean living spaces, and this apartment is a strictly non-smoking environment. Looking forward to finding a relaxed, respectful roommate who will enjoy sharing a friendly, comfortable space!
