About the role
We have thousands of people moving into homes through Ohana, and strong systems in place to make sure everything works the way it should: every guest gets the apartment they paid for, every host gets paid on time, and every customer who reaches out to support gets the help they need.
As Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for the team that keeps all of that running. You’ll oversee the day-to-day execution of our operations, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, and continuously improve the processes behind the scenes. When something breaks, you’ll know about it. When something can be tighter or more efficient, you’ll fix it.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply detail-oriented and genuinely values structure. You like clean dashboards, clear ownership, defined processes, and closed loops. You don’t just put out fires, you build systems that prevent them.
