About the role
On the marketing side, we've found a few Instagram and Facebook strategies to be very effective. Half of this role will be building off what already works in terms of raising awareness and expanding our reach on socails.
The matchmaking side starts by understanding the needs of someone looking for short-term housing, and sharing relevant listings from Ohana's platform. After a searcher expresses interest in a listing, you'll introduce them to the host on a virtual intro call and explain how Ohana's process keeps both parties safe. Your goal is to make sure every Ohana searcher successfully finds the perfect home, and every Ohana lister is successfully finds a trusted subtenant.
