About Ohana

Our mission is to give everyone the freedom to live where they want, when they want. For guests, Ohana provides the freedom to transition to the place they want to live; for hosts, the peace of mind that their rent is covered by a trusted subtenant.

Founded in 2023, we're backed by Neo, Wave Capital, Lightbank, and 75 & Sunny — including Zillow's co-founder & CEO and Airbnb's Head of Payments, Data Science, Engineering, and M&A.

About the role

Join our content team creating street interviews and social content about rent, housing, and student life at Columbia University. Your videos will be seen by millions of people across our Instagram and TikTok portfolio, including Columbia Subletting, Girls Who Sublet, and Artists Who Sublet.

We're looking for people with experience filming and editing content. Ideally, you already have access to a quality camera or newer iPhone and good audio equipment.

The role is highly creative and people-focused. You should be comfortable approaching students, thinking on your feet, and creating content that feels authentic, slightly edgy, and highly shareable. You'll have the flexibility to work with a friend, either filming them or having them film you.
