We’re on a mission to make short-term housing more accessible and affordable for everyone. With our innovative subleasing platform, Ohana helps people save money on rent while providing a secure and reliable way to find short-term housing. Ohana simplifies the subleasing process for landlords, tenants, and subtenants and allows you to find housing from verified students from around the world in minutes, not hours. The result is tenets who match with great subtenants, and students save valuable time scrubbing the internet looking for subleases.
The opportunity to leverage the same types of infrastructure that people have used to find short-term housing like week-long homestays is particularly exciting in the context of connecting students through shared accommodation. This forms the backbone of Ohana’s ethos – stress less 🤙 live better. We’re building a comprehensive solution that partners with tenants and subtenants every step of the way – from searching for a sublease, creating a financial plan, matching with potential roommates, drafting an agreement with a tenant and/or landlord, to moving in as well as checking out when your lease is up.
